Her website design does showcase her listings. She does use a premium photographer and videographer. Everything Jacquie does is top-notch. But more importantly, Jacquie is top-notch. Her service is attentive, respectful, honest and passionate. Jacquie recently sold our hard-to-sell condo. Our condo is a ground floor unit, in a building will numerous units listed for sale, surrounded by other condo buildings, in a depressed market. Does it get worse than that. And Jacquie sold it for full asking price, cash deal !! Yeah !! How did Jacquie do that. She started by fully staging our unit, both inside and out on the patio. She visited our condo at least once a week, to check on the unit and water the plants on the patio. She always followed up on every showing. We are notified of every showing and received feedback that sometimes Jacquie had to go to great lengths to pursue. Jacquie even held a sushi+sake agents reception. Like wow. You are not going to find anybody who delivers the way Jacquie does. And charisma. Jacquie has true charisma. She is a straight shooter, with your best interest in mind. She will tell you the facts, with grace and diplomacy. This makes her very easy and pleasant to work with. Selling our condo with Jacquie has been the best real estate experience we have ever had.
